Yes. We run viewings seven days a week, including after work. If you're relocating from outside the UK we'll do a live video walkthrough instead.

It depends on the property. Some of our house shares take couples at a small uplift; a few accept pets. Ask us and we'll tell you straight away rather than after you've viewed.

Yes — one week's rent to take the room off the market. It comes straight off your first month's rent, and it's refundable if we can't proceed for a reason that isn't yours.
